Turbo Prime Membership Plan Terms & Conditions

- Your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Membership Plan must be initially purchased with a valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit or debit card.

- Your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Membership is a regularly recurring and automatic monthly recharge. The credit or debit card associated with your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Membership will be charged for the full amount of your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Membership (excluding any promotional discounts) each month. If your card is declined for any reason, your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Membership may not work correctly and any Turbo Wash Turbo Prime Memberships associated with that card may be cancelled.

- You may upgrade or downgrade your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership at any time by visiting any staffed Turbo Wash location. If you upgrade your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership, then additional charges may be applied at the time of your upgrade.

- Your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership may be cancelled at any time by visiting any staffed Turbo Wash location or by emailing cancel@turbowashcarwash.com. All Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date. Your failure to provide timely notice of cancellation may result in additional recurring and automatic recharges. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial monthly periods. No third-party cancellations will be accepted.

- All Turbo Wash Turbo Prime memberships may only be associated with one (1) vehicle. Your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership may not be shared with any other individual and it may not be used to wash multiple vehicles. Your failure to abide by this policy will result in the cancellation of your Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership.

- Turbo Wash reserves the right to change its Turbo Prime pricing, with notice of any pricing changes being posted online and at all Turbo Wash locations at least thirty (30) days in advance of any such change. Turbo Wash will not offer retroactive discounts or refunds for previous Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership purchases in the event of a promotional offering.

- Turbo Wash reserves the right to cancel any Turbo Wash Turbo Prime membership for any reason without notice.

- Turbo Wash reserves the right to close car wash locations for holidays or due to inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, or equipment upgrades. Furthermore, Turbo Wash reserves the right to disable equipment and car wash features due to inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, or equipment upgrades. No refunds or credits will be given for any such wash location closure or equipment/feature disability.
